Brought up in Belfast, Brendan Foley’s work in Ireland, the U.K. and Hollywood includes writing, producing, and directing feature films as well as writing both novels and non-fiction books. After 15 years as an international features journalist covering business and conflict in 55 countries worldwide, in 2005 Brendan wrote, produced and directed sound post and music on JOHNNY WAS, a 2005 feature film. The action thriller starrred Vinnie Jones, Eriq La Salle, Lennox Lewis, Roger Daltrey and Patrick Bergin. The film received five Best Feature awards from film festivals in USA, Canada and Europe plus praise for its “ace reggae soundtrack” from Variety.

Brendan then wrote, produced and directed THE RIDDLE, a $5 million mystery thriller starring Derek Jacobi, Vinnie Jones and Vanessa Redgrave, filmed on location in London. More>>
