Bog Bodies are a true phenomenon, found all over northern Europe, the naturally mummified remains of ancient murder victims, preserved in the mineral-rich waters of peat bogs for thousands of years.

Writer-Director Brendan Foley comments:

“We set out to make a spooky, amusing chiller. I’m not personally a fan of the recent wave of horror gore-fests and wanted Bog Bodies to be a return to the spooky-scary tradition of American Werewolf, where stories had some wit and did not take themselves too seriously.”
